HELP FOR ORDERING ONLINE ON OUR SITE :


1/ "You registered in order to create an account on our site but you didn't receive an email validating your registration with your access codes"

2 possibilities:

  • Either the email that confirms the opening of your account was filtered into a "spam" file in your messaging software. Check this file in your mail box.
  • Or you entered your email address incorrectly when setting up your account, in which case the email will have gone to this wrong address. You can start again with a new account.

2/ "You have deleted or lost your access code (passwords)"

We do not know your access code which is confidential information.

But you can reset it yourself:

  • Click on the link "My account" in the menu at the bottom of the site
  • Then on "Forgotten password"
  • Type in your email address
  • You will receive an email with a verification code and a link: copy the code, click on the link and paste this code into the field for "verification code" (this makes it possible to identify that it is really you making this application and that it is not a fraudulent application).
  • You can then choose your new password.
